oh what a great episode!  i want these people to be a real family.  as sweet as the ring reveal was, i was more taken in by the siblings' relationships this week.  so realistic, so much genuine emotion and reaction to each other.  Sue coming undone was a thing of beauty.

so did I!  as a big reader, i completely felt for Brick and understood his heartbreak.  and though it was very cruel of Axl, my sister, who barely reads, also would not have understood what spoiling that ending would mean to someone.  all so very realistic, i love it.

everything with Danny was perfection, and that was enough for me to give this episode a B.  probably my favorite episode to date actually, even though i agree with the problems mentioned by Mr. Sims in the review.

was worried and wondering about it all episode as well - thought they were going to get around it by having her flight canceled, but then she shows up and it's all hugs. when your mother almost dies you maybe don't immediately start yelling at her, but I'm wondering if they're just going to ignore it all together :/

I hear you, but I also think someone (Barney) ought to acknowledge that in some way. right now it's just being oddly ignored.
