Loved this finale. No, it didn't answer all the questions, but it answered enough of them to satisfy me. We know how the Doctor survived his death and we know why River is in jail.

The Operation tag was hilarious. I actually could not stop laughing through the whole thing.

Haha, I see now. I was seriously worried that people thought Alex Kingston was that old.

50-20 years older than Matt Smith? Are you serious? If, as your range proposes, Alex could really be 80 years old, sign me up for her beauty plan.

I watch both and I think his analysis is (for the most part) accurate. Todd does a very good job in laying out what exactly TGW's weaknesses are in comparison to The Wire. And I must agree with him that the female characters in TGW are streets ahead in development of The Wire female characters.

I think Parks & Rec has more in common with The West Wing than The Good Wife does. That idealistic outlook on political life is (mostly) nowhere to be found in TGW.

I'd love to see Gina Bellman as the doctor. Especially if Moffat was writing for her.

Good god I hope that happens. Their chemistry would be off the charts.

Same. This one and the flu one just killed with laugh after laugh.
