I think Russell Hantz has ruined this show forever. Without an evil mastermind, the show just isn't intriguing anymore. I still like watching it, but nothing is surprising, and there isn't really any anticipation that something surprising will happen. It's just a straightforward game show.

Is there a more useless character on television than Ann Perkins? I say no. That should be the next avclub article. "Most useless characters on good tv shows." Who beats Perkins? Maybe Meg on Family Guy?

Finally a good episode that isn't focused on Whitney's relationship with that weird dude, and you still don't like it? It's weird how the AVClub works like that.

I didn't enjoy this topic, too many good ones to choose from. But one thing's for sure: The Wire is the WORST fucking theme song ever. I want to rip my eardrums out whenever that drunk bozo starts singing. Almost ruins the entire series for me.

I think that young Asian boy doctor might be the worst actor in the history of television. Definitely in the history of house. How did he get hired? Was it the creepy haircut? Having said that, I'm learning to enjoy his character.

What was up with the audience going apeshit during the end of the cupcake bakery scene? That was so out of place and bizarre, the audience was acting like Max was some sort of Norma Rae sticking it to the man.

The REAL problem were those horrific commercials with that creepy man-boy thing screaming about seeing the movie. Really creeped everyone out and ensured nobody would want to see it. But then if you did go see it, you already had a negative feeling about the movie.

She really has a high opinion of her own appearance. Since when was she considered hot?

I guess I'm the only one bored by this series? The action is subpar, the stories are dull, the main players are mindless and uninteresting stock characters. It's like a combo of a war series on the WB and an episode of Entourage.

I can't watch Regina King and not think of the little boy from the Boondocks. She sort of ruins everything for me.
