Whilst I understand the desire to write funny articles the only programs this article seems to suggest are worth watching are Trophy Wife and Brooklyn 99. Everything else seems to have mostly sarcky write ups. I guess we wait for the pilot reviews to get a better idea whats worth it (or initially seems worth it)

I've no idea how much he may have simplified or "tv-ified" his experiences but I believe Jason Katims (Parenthood showrunner) has a son with Aspergers

By pure coincidence I'd listened to episode 100 (which I think might re-use that script too, I've not actually listened to episode 1) the night before. I replaced said episode with the new one on my phone and took multiple downloads before I realised that it wasn't some weird computer quirk causing the new episode to

Three DJs (one, Cheeba, is local which is how I stumbled across it) did a mix; they took each track from Paul's Boutique, broke each track down into it's samples then created a new mix using the original tracks, the songs from Paul's Boutique and assorted other bits. I think it's rather good : http://www.djfood.org/djf

This. Vince Gilligan has repeatedly said that too.

I'm sure someone else pointed this out (still got another 5 pages of comments to go or something) but with the mug handle made it spell out DEAD. I was possibly too excited to spot that (not because of the implication, because I felt smart)

I wonder if there's anything to be read into the fact we've not seen Hank bring anyone into the loop. Suddenly Marie knows (a scene I kinda feel like we were robbed of seeing), then a couple of episodes later Gomie knows.

Isn't the Walking Dead super popular though? I get that it's not critically acclaimed but it's big no? I remember when there were the issues with Mad Men potentially taking money from Walking Dead's budget and the WD fanboys pointed out it does much better than MM or BB - others pointed out the quality thing.
Admittedly

When they handed the confession over I definitely knew it was going to be something other than a legit confession (and I was sceptical when they were filming it just because of how the episode was progressing, Walt seemed very much like he was going to strike back). Before he hands over the CD Walt and Skyler do this

@avclub-d7f43e1fb2d4977c86163d9b0cb07814:disqus I have a sickening feeling Walt will tell Jesse before killing him. Similar to the unnecessary killing of Mike although this time Walt may be about to kill him anyway (putting the rabid dog down), but something Jesse says hurts his pride (or similar) and he 'confesses'

Also got into it from here and have been listening ever since. It's a fairly specific sense of humour, reminds me of Blue Jam (the Chris Morris radio show) with Lovecrafty horror bits all in this community radio format. Very much a culty show, seems to have plenty dedicated fans (which they used in this push to get to

Whilst PFT is also in character hosting as HG Wells there's a episode of the Dead Authors podcast with Scott as Benjamin Franklin. It's quite amusing.

Because contrary to popular internet belief you can have an active social life, work, have other hobbies and still have a couple of hours a week to watch TV. Plus in the summer there isn't much on. I watch The Bridge, CBB, True Blood, Dexter, Newsroom - and now BB every week at the moment. I'd still rather watch

I'm pretty sure the Before movies would be enough (for me) to counteract even the worst acting resume. I think he also pretty candid about appearing in the occasional paycheck movie in the AMA he did recently (where he came off very well, and quite self aware about some of his lesser roles)

I worry that re-use of the music (it was in the other episode where the brain surgeon videos one victim killing another) is continuing to suggest Vogel is the killer. Definitely seems like a Dexter move, no-one will see it coming! (except everyone who called it in the 2nd episode)

A friend of mine back in first year of university had appeared as an extra in one of the Harry Potter films (I want to say 4, poss 3) and they wanted the extras to return for subsequent films - although it required him to keep his hair style the same (and general look, but TBH aside from a face tattoo changing your

Those scenes were very clearly there to contrast her with Birchir - cutting between the intimacy of him and his wife and the pragmatic, get sex and carry on attitude of Sonia. It was a little on the nose really, they could've made the same statement in a more subtle way but it's really just showing us the differences

@avclub-740bc18f68a7140f7e82b025080d8c28:disqus Thats fair enough and kinda what I was pointing out (possibly not well), it's one thing to say "oh in this episode of Doug Loves Movies that podmass is reviewing I'm once again finding Mr Holmes to be a presence that annoys me", it's another to say "I hate you made it

And yes, I realise that what i'm complaining about here is basically the internet

People who don't like Pete Holmes / You Made it Weird *really* don't like Pete Holmes / You Made it Weird. They also enjoying pointing out that they really don't like Pete Holmes / You Made it Weird.  Repeatedly.
Bashing the show has pretty much become a fixture in the podmass section,  of course everyone is entitled
