Agree with the grade. Pulling a rabbit out of the hat to get rid of Hardman was too contrived, as was the pity wallow Mike went on. However, the pot smoking scene saved the show.

I disagree with the grade, and thought it was at least as strong as last weeks episode, which got a B. it was slow paced, but the hiring of Mona was a shocker, as well as the incredibly poor plan to send the daughter home to take care of her mother while on house arrest.
