The entire genre of reality TV is fundamentally exploitative. This is the grist of the show. Your ethical concerns are profoundly boring. 

That actor was actually pretty good!

I think people’s reaction to this show says more about them than about the show. Fielder is not just some lazy creator coming to this process saying essentially “look at these idiots.”

I’m no sure the author is getting the joke here. Nathan knows all of this stuff is insane and couldn’t possibly work. He’s playing a character.  The ones he’s messing with the most is the audience. He’s not actually living out three extremes he’s just filming scenes and presenting them with his crazy narrative and…

I’ll leave it at this for now, because you’ve left a lot in this review to take umbrage with, and I’m too tired to bother with listing it all out: I don’t know how to take criticism of such groundbreaking metafictional art seriously (or even respect it as criticism in the first place) when it doesn’t remotely attempt…
