@JudgeReinhold:disqus , it did have Callie Thorne's, which were quite spectacular.

Big.

@avclub-4caf6aa0375b2499ebfe7e971b36eee3:disqus , oh, that's right; i forgot the red viper had baby mamas all over Dorne. i guess i was also lumping Arianne and Ellaria into the mix as well.

@avclub-4caf6aa0375b2499ebfe7e971b36eee3:disqus , actually, John Goodman is looking trim and tough these days. I think at this point he'd make a pretty mean Randyll Tarly.

I always envisioned the Sand Snakes as being vaguely Kardashian-like, or Esmerelda from the Disney version of Hunchback.

Eric Bana throwing himself into Jeremy Renner?

And an "accidental" brush-up would put you back in first place.

In that vein, I think Roseanne and Dan Connor were supposed to be in their mid-30s at the start of Roseanne's run. At 36, that is kinda blowing my mind.

Very much so. I work from home on Fridays so usually the only opportunity I have for in-depth AVC commenting is in Podmass.

He got gonorrhea from riding that tractor in his bathing suit.

The deadpan way in which Roy reads aloud the show poster is just brilliant.

Also a working enclosed chicken rotisserie, which will be periodically attended to by "workers" in Kenny Roger's Chicken-style outfits.

@avclub-21a8615938a206d4311a58a53ad8890e:disqus : Ah, She's Out Of My League; the funniest 30-minute comedy about unmotivated and dissipated TSA employees ever made,  inadvertently hijacked by a medicore rom-com for another 60.

And probably the last time I ever had fun in a movie theater. It helped to see at the Cinerama in Seattle, so it was basically 800 like-minded film nerds gathered up for a party. I have found the actual experience of seeing a movie in a theater to have quite diminishing, and grating, returns since then.

I thought Shiherlis got some other dude to take his car before the cops pulled it over.

Waking Ted Levine

Yeah that was about as close to perfection as DLM gets. Everyone riffing off each other, great crowd responses, Zach was super engaged and into it…just a great episode.

I really hope so. Way too much time spent with Gillian being pointlessly evil and Lansky/Luciano heroin bullshit that ate into some quality Van Alden flop sweat and menacing stares.

Now I am imagining Van Alden in a modern movie theater, watching all the laughing rubes around him with contempt, slowly screwing up his face and bugging out his eyes, until he just snaps and goes on a kidney-punching rampage before running out the emergency exit.
