Eh, Saul is kind of a goon but I extremely doubt he's capable of killing a child. But if the show somehow took that turn, I commend you sir.

Also, Jesse has already proved that he's a poor liar when Walt confronts him about visiting Gus. I doubt he could come up with a lie as elaborate as that and sell it in such a convincing manner.
