My stance is that the first half of Insidious was genuinely scary if watched while already jumpy. The other movie and a half (starting exactly at the Tiny Tim scene) are non-frightening fantasy films with a mild horror overtone that have fun visuals and zero substance.
I was a bit disappointed by The Conjuring, but James Wan still has about five more disappointments to go before I learn my lesson, so I'm in.

I don't think we even have anything besides the band Live. And one of their songs is about how much this city sucks, so… yeah. When motherfucking Live essentially wrote a diss track about your city, 'hometown pride' is pretty slim pickings.
