And he should be canon. The TV movie was arse, but he's the best audiobook Doctor by far.

Really only Colin for me. He's gone from cherub faced to pretty old looking. Put a curly wig on Baker and I'd suspend my disbelief.
But yeah, you just do the whole shorted out the time differential thing.
If you look at it that way I suppose so.
I'd be interested in how the Claras know where to be.
What? Knickers as well? How's that work?
Oh dear god, I think I just threw up in my mouth a little at pondering Jack and Strax.
Bigger question; should I see those? A friend always thinks so.
I should be more clear. I like that version of the Valeyard where he's a corrupted end of regenerations Doctor, not so much this distillation of his darkest essence.
The thing I wonder is if the character works more as threat that keeps the Doctor going too 'Timelord Victorious' as it's the path that leads to him.
I…
I'd stick my fiance in there so he could just say 'wait a minute, this is silly' like he does watching the show.
Davros was great. I wish they'd just bring him back.
Yeah really doesn't. The Valeyard is known well enough. it really sort of has to be the incarnation who did the Time Lock for me.
Moffat boycotts the internet, or at least he claims to, due to the overwhelming abuse he says he got on Twitter etc.
If it's pre-Hartnell, then you need to answer exactly what he could have done that made him the blacksheep of the line.
Mine too. I just hoped it was a reveal that made sense.
Then I'm also the sort of dummy who thought they might make Clara be much more villainous (never trust the short prequels ever!)
I did too. They almost tried to make the show about them as a team, which is not really that fun.
As long as they don't try and turn her into River Song II I'm ok with it.
Too capable and she loses her charm.
Wait, is the 12 Doctor limit still actually a thing? I can't believe they'll stick to it.
The biggest problem with the Valeyard is they never quite settled on what he is. Either a dark manifestation of The Doctor or his ultimate corrupted end (think Timelord Victorious but deliberate evil).
Best kids show ever.
It'd explain fully why the others reacted so coldly to him given they all had to live with his decision and how it tortured them.
Elephant Man.
I have the suspicion they think she's more popular than she actually is as a character.
