Is this record a mess or is it just boring? I can't even get through that first single.

My immediate interpretation was the same as yours, but I suppose "you know what-ing me" could be "kidnapping"?

Yes, Linda definitely made a go-round in that time period. After all, that was Phoebe Cates' name in Fast Times at Ridgemont High!

Titus' expression when he snapped back with " But I didn't NAME her that" was just perfect.

I will preface my comment by saying that I love the hell out of this show and am often gasping for breath at the rapid-fire absurdist jokes. With that as my premise, I will say that the Linda bit at the random business was my favorite, FAVORITE thing this show has ever done. Just so perfectly weird and hilarious.

I apologize if someone else has already pointed this out, and also I might be wrong, but I heard Rachel Dratch's character say that her wife was a "Professor of herstory with a focus on the Viet-MAN war." No?

And of course Seinfeld did it first. I believe it is Kramer who (after falling asleep in a bath?) says he's been lying in a "tepid pool of my own filth."

    Also more gravity or something?

So in other words this is a remake of Talladega Nights?

I also love how her technology knowledge was late 90s/early 2000s for some reason. She calls the young girl's phone a "car phone" and she later says she doesn't want to "Ask Jeeves" when she can ask Jesus (or something like that)

My wife has the same issue (and also didn't get the joke here). Wait a second … Rich Steeves, are you my wife?!

    The best line, period.

I saw them at Tampa Stadium in 94. I think it was called the Keep Talking tour. They did a first set heavy on the new stuff and then a second set that was Dark Side all the way through. Was good, but I have to tell you that I wistfully wished I was seeing a Roger Waters-led band during the In The Flesh years.

    Occam's Razor, baby!

You mean you weren't enthralled by the opportunity to pretend to visit various countries by way of shitty replicas of their respective buildings and monuments?

    Super Nintendo Chalmers

Could the title be any less appealing? They could have called it "Some Woman You Might Have Gone to High School With" and it would generate about the same level of enthusiasm.

Look, I don't know wtf Mike Myers is up to, but I like it and I'm all in.

I've gone back and watched the Sesame Street flashback at least 6 times already. "THROUGH the re bar … OVER the nails … UNDER the steamroller."

And there were some weird Trader Joe's references in here. The obvious one in the middle of the episode, but also the milk Kimmie is pouring into her cereal is a brand I've only ever seen at Trader Joe's, and the Velamints reference at the end, which are seemingly a thing again because they are in the check-out lines
