I seem to recall that he actually caused Jane to choke by turning her on her back, otherwise she just would have vomited as she was on her side. I would imagine that junkies vomit often so it doesn't seem unlikely that she would be barfing when he came to the house.

It would be awesome because Jane Kaczmarek is awesome! Seriously, I would really like to see her in something again and it would be amazing to see her in BB with its excellent writing and direction. Maybe one really good scene for Emmy consideration.

Yeah, I don't think that would work, they would have to write it differently. I really don't think Broderick, even at 50, has the gravitas to play an evil, frightening character. It would have to be more along the lines of the character he played in Election. That would work for Walt but not Heisenberg.

Cranston was already seen a versatile actor, at least by me. He was the affable comedian in Malcolm in the Middle, then the deranged driver in the X-Files. That's pretty much everything I can recall seeing him in before BB, but it's a pretty amazing range.

I think I read that too. Steven Root is great but he's really the definition of a supporting player. I just can't see him playing a big lead in a drama. Maybe in the right role, he may have sides we haven't seen yet.

Hilariously, it's the same background as Malcolm in the Middle. They went from yuppies to working poor because they had too many kids. I'm sure somebody's said this before but Hal is Walt if he weren't a psychopath.

Well, I'm thinking that it's the same reason he went from teacher to drug kingpin, excessive pride, impotent rage and the inability to work with others. Someone doesn't give him the respect he feels is his due, he lashes out to prove he's better than they are. Also, lots of people find themselves bogged down when they…

I could really see John Cusack playing the hell out of it in his own way. The show would have probably gone in a different direction and Jesse would have probably been gone early on the way they planned. The surrogate father/son chemistry wouldn't have been there. I think I saw an audition video or an original script…

It's not a poisoned cigarette, it's a cigarette with a glass vial of ricin hidden in it. You probably couldn't even smoke it, I guess you could accidentally break the vial.

I've seen it twice in the last week and I don't remember scene that implied that Gus wanted to kill Jessie, on the contrary, he was being groomed to be the cook so that he could get rid of Walt. The only reason he didn't kill Walt immediately is because Jessie stood up to him. Am I forgetting something?
