That would be my second choice, definitely. Personally, I love all their more accessable stuff of the 90s, but I feel that since their major label days they can't really do the more accessable, poppier stuff anymore. On the other hand, I think some of the noisier albums they've made since then have been their best…

Seminal Live is one of the few Fall albums I don't own, so I'll take your word for it. Room to Live just feels kind of rushed to me, like they had to put an album out no matter what and, on what seems to be a rare occasion considering how many albums they/he has put out over the years, inspiration didn't strike.
