The Simpsons had started on a wing and a prayer. But now, that wing was on fire, and the prayer had been answered…by Satan.

I watched Traffic Light and Perfect Couples, and I thought the former was very good at times, but not nearly as laugh-out-loud funny as Happy Endings. The latter was mildly enjoyable, certainly better than Whitney, but no great loss.

Yeah, I kind of wish that had been asked about.

Sure. It's not as good as any of the pictures he made from 1950-1965 (with the exception of the Idiot), for one, and behind a few others in his filmography as well. But I do enjoy it quite a bit, and the "fox wedding" sequence still sticks with me - I bet it would look gorgeous in high-def.

It's certainly worth watching, but don't expect it to be the most brilliant film ever made (or even one of the most brilliant Kurosawa has made). As a minor but lovely personal film, it's somewhat moving.

It means that they're now sold by Warner Archives, which is the burned DVD-on-demand system Warner has for low-selling titles.

They talk about how the camera stays on Xander even after Willow leaves the scene, and it's the only time in any of the dream sequences that the person having the dream isn't present to hear what's being said. Cause obviously, in a real dream, when you move to a different location, everything disappears behind you,

Who is this Eddie Cibrian? Is he a real actor? Up until the pilot of Playboy Club, I would've thought his most notable accomplishment was bagging LeAnn Rimes.

Hitler said a lot of things about Christianity throughout his life, but taking them all in context, it's pretty clear he found Christianity a somewhat useful tool to control a certain group of people, but also an annoyance that he would like to eliminate as soon as it's convenient for him.

Well, this wasn't during the service, but when my grandmother had a son die (he was 3 or 4 at the time), the priest told her that he might not have died had she and my grandfather attended church more regularly and given more money to the church.

Sorry. While I like Firefly, I don't like it as much as Breaking Bad (ie, enough to push the "like" button on this comment.)

Great episode, although I finally got my mom to watch this with me, and that orgasm scene was a little embarrassing sitting next to her.

I would love to see her in more things - she's always a welcome presence. I definitely was sad that she basically left the film after the plane scene.

As a kid, my best friend and I rented a Star Wars or Indiana Jones film something like every other weekend. Every sleepover we had, every birthday party, we'd be watching Star Wars or Jedi or Raiders or Last Crusade (I only rented Temple of Doom once - it freaked me out a little, and also I don't think my parents

Do we think O'Neal fed Jeselnick that "Too many white people" line? Cause "Too few black people" had me on the floor, simply because it seemed so spontaneous.

It seems like most of the comments here are proof that guys will watch lots of shows about sassy waitresses, assuming they have awesome boobs.

According to the wikipedia page for this cycle, Isis and Allison are the final two, and Isis wins. I think it's funny that someone put that up there; I doubt it's someone with actual spoiler information, but still.

Maybe you haven't been watching close enough? There certainly are boob slips and the like, but the editing team always catches them and blurs them out before airing the episode. It's not like these are going out live or anything.

I used to see Whitney all the time a few years ago. I only ever had two conversations with her, and I don't think I would describe either of them as hitting on her…I don't have the self-confidence needed to hit on a woman five inches taller than me.

I vote yes! Words can't describe how much I love Lisa.
