There is a disconnect between your statement and your name.

Super like.

I love Alec Baldwin. I think he is a talented actor; comedic and dramatic. But he is also a mercurial, hot-tempered artistic type. If they give him a show, it will be off the air in a year.

If you don't think Rabin is deadly serious about The Simpson's and its place as the epitome of human development, then you have not read more than two of his pieces. Which is also probably why you think his hyperbolic statement schtick is still funny.

I did see that. Doesn't not make it a dumb mash-up for mash-up's sake.

See? Darth Seger gets it.

It sure seems like that. How deluded and myopic do you have to be to think that your favorite show that mattered to you in the last 10% of a century is the most important pop culture achievement?

The Simpsons is "the foremost pop-culture achievement of the 20th century…"

These dolls remind me of the buildings that turn into robots from the movie Big.

Why? Were you doing it first, Colonel Hipster?

No. It really isn't.

Is "Purves" pronounced "pervs"?

Look at all those people above me rushing to be the first to declare that they don't care about this project. Good for you. You're worldly, or whatever it is you're trying to portray.

I'm sure back in January he had every intention not to use CGI, but those sorts of things get overruled by the suits.

Oh yeah!

Takes one to know one, Mr. Freezeframe.

Man, I miss new DCAU episodes. This show was so much fun.

There was no memo. You're responding to me from a response I had to someone else who claimed there was no CGI. But if you like, here's a link to the director claiming last January that he won't use CGI:

I don't know what you consider a minimum, but there is hardly a scene that isn't augmented. The first one you mentioned, those crawling vines, blood effects, puke effects…

Okay, now this is a cool Inventory.
