Remember when a woman jumping on a trampoline made people watch an Adam Carolla program?

More torture for everyone!

I agree. I couldn't even make it through the first episode. She is trying so hard to be "edgy" that she forgot to be funny.

I really hope you created an account just to post this comment.

*Record scratch* *"Semi-Charmed Life" begins playing*

Sounds like Black and Pearce were tapping their inner fanfic selves for a moment.

I read this and went over to look at the numbers for MI:Ghost Protocol and saw that the film did fairly well in the US (just over 200 million) but put up huge numbers in non-US markets (485 million) I am curious if this is explained by domestic moviegoers being generally tired of Tom Cruise while a lot of people

This looks like one of those "Funny Little Showbiz" books happening in real time. Awesome.

Another sad day for creativity. I thought that the reason studios embraced blockbuster films during summer was so they could take the boatloads of money they made and make a few smaller/riskier movies that were not guaranteed to be financially successful. Today it seems like every film is expected to either make 100

I'm glad that "Celebrity Rehab" is over, but that still doesn't seem far enough when it comes to Pinsky. Having the doctor only be a talking head on a late

Perspective: When "Jurassic Park 3" came out, the Twin Towers were still standing.

Hanneman was an amazing guitarist. Reign In Blood, friend.

I must shame myself and risk my AVC cred by telling you that you are thinking of "Jackass: The Movie".

What I liked most about Mr. Rogers is that he never talked down to the children. He could take very complex and scary things like death and divorce and find a way to explain it to kids so they would understand it in their own way. That was one of his many incredible gifts.

A little film called "Showgirls"?

I am positive James Franco made sure he had a dragon before he signed Clarke so he could just casually toss out a story or two about his dragon in their conversation.

I think the idea that Iron Man drinks "Gu Li Duo" is actually kind of funny. He clearly lives in the US, but has the time, means and opportunity to rely only on a local Chinese milk drink for energy. Does he have it flown in or does he say he's "going to the store" and shows up a day or so later holding several crates

@avclub-22eda830d1051274a2581d6466c06e6c:disqus  Before picking up your tickets at will call, you could try to find someone (maybe even a cute girl) who needs a ticket and tell them that you have one at the door and just have that person walk up to will call with you and maybe make a new friend!
