I did enjoy Tywin calling her out on that. In the books, it isn't completely evident that Cersei is in way above her head until AFFC. However, it makes sense to highlight it here given the greater attention on Margaery and how she has so thoroughly accomplished controlling Joffrey at a level that Cersei never could.

If the show needs to have a running joke, I'm content with it being Pod's skill in the sack.

Barristan and Jorah did great work in that scene too with absolutely no dialogue.

That scene between Varys and Olenna was great - I don't recall that being in the book, but it was a great addition if so.
