I'm with you on this one, except for the 'another' part.  I've been enjoying this season so far, but this one seemed… draggy.  Talky, without much of interest being said.  I'm hoping this is the season catching its breath, though.

Shalimar the Clown was good stuff, I thought.  The Ground Beneath Her Feet was fun but didn't blow me away.  There's also Haroun and the Sea of Stories, which I suppose is 'only a children's book'- but it's an outstanding children's book.
