I don't understand why they are working so hard to create conflict. Why is he is so conflicted about taking walk-ins and helping out at the clinic? I have worked for fancy pants doctors on the Upper East Side, and it's not uncommon for these people to work one day a week at a clinic and/or have a sliding scale of fees…

Recently they seem to be shuffling the schedule a couple times a week. For a while it was all Ghost Whisperer and Criminal Minds; for a week or so it was all Monk and Psych; now it's all George Lopez and Nutty Professor Movies. (I know because it's always on in the breakroom at work. It's the only station we get.)

Jessica Simpson designs (well, "designs") a decent enough line of shoes that gets sold at Macy's. She seems to know way more about fashion than she does about music. Most of the guest judges have no idea what they're talking about, but she seemed pretty on the ball.
