Xiu - in repsonse to your Patti question (way up there), I did not infer that she had been planning to double cross Will et. al. the entire time, just that she is a morally questionable character who is willing to use any situation to her own advantange. (Gee, if that doesn't describe almost every character on this

That's the porn parody, no?

Bleargh.
I thought it was going to be the American remake of the Korean flick.

John McWhorter.

I too only watched for the Rollins. On the plus side, he's gotten to be a better actor since Johnny Menumenmic. He's not good mind you, but he was the worst thing in that abortion of a movie.

Sometimes they surprise you though. Kevin Smith was ok and Edgar Wright is always, always great. And Leonard Maltin. In fact, I want more non comedians / actors.

Huh. Depends on whether you like to hear the guest talk or not. I like Hardwick. He seems like a super nice guy with a great personality. Not a great interviewer. I enjoy the podcast because it seems like just a few friends hanging out. I hardly ever learn anything though. WTF, it is not.

I love Bill Burr's comedy and I love it when he riffs with other people. I can't stand listening to him eat cold pizza and yell at his girldfriend.

I own that. ON DIGITAL VIDEO DISC! So, it will soon be in the landfill.

So, two things …
First, I thought John Heard was Ryan O'Neal. Not because they are that similar, but because O'Neal has been on my mind a lot recently (yeah, that's a bad thing).

I, generally a lover of most things Gaiman, was surprised by how dull parts of the book seemed to me. I'm with jorge in that I wanted to enjoy it more than I did.

Poor Pete. Dude can't catch a break. Except when his wife is asleep.

Axl is periodically my favorite character on the show. I honestly don't watch this every week, it's dead on that Axl's alternating begging / threatening plea to his mom was the highlight of this episode.

I dunno about True Blood, but this show made me angry.

The only two worthwhile things about this show: Eliza Coupe's legs, Elisha Cuthbert's clevage.

One of my favorite stories was told by Henry Rollins at a spoken word show. Apparently during the filming of Johnny Mnuemonic (Pneumatic? Plegmatic? Anyway …) he would periodically step away from the rest of the cast in order to "center himself" with a series of "schwaaaa"s and odd hand gestures. Then proceeded with

I don't know where exactly he falls on my wasted-talent-o-meter, but it's pretty high.

So, this with George Clooney and … um … Kristen Bell! This should be the Veronica Mars movie.

Is This the Real Wife?: the Life & Times of Fast & Sloppy.

Ahh, Michael Rooker. The poor man's Tom Berenger. Or is it the other way round now?
