Divine Intervention, y'all!
I've only seen Divine Intervention, but if that's sufficient to judge by, this guy makes films that juggle the preposterous (and occasionally hilarious) with heartbreak. I'd more or less forgotten about him and that movie, but now I want to go back and revisit that film as well as

How'd the car get electrified? HOW'D IT GET ELECTRIFIED?!?

She's got gimmick novels to write.

I didn't know if she was good on Firefly or not. I never know the first time I see an actor. She certainly didn't have range, but the character didn't really call for it. But she's terrible here. And I think she's gotten skinnier. And she has too many teeth.

Success!!

The two guys making fun of the contestants elevates it above standard MTV fare.

Pretty eh,
But I laughed at the theramin stuff. Especially Sheldon trying to re-create the Star Trek theme.

I like
his eyebrows.

Cheech Marin said that the name of his first band was Captain Shag-Nasty & the Loch Ness Pickles.

Ferguson FTW. His rant / explanation about why he does his show and what he gets out of it is priceless. Plus that accent.

Aren't we a little late? Didn't American Masters do a program on Orozco? Or was that a different PBS show?

You're right. When are they going to cancel this turd? My misplaced devotion causes me to continue watching even though I am perpetually disappointed.

Ugh, after Raise the Red Lantern I couldn't get up for an hour, I was so depressed. I had to watch the Red Green Show to get out of the funk.

Money fluffers? And I thought I'd heard of everything. That would have livened up this booooring show.

elim - if your goal was to get me to google those to see if they were real, you totally succeeded! I am going to use verbalizzare on a regular basis now, but only in conversations at work.

I noticed another girl too! Actually, one of my favorite jokes was the multiple Justice Leagues.

I wouldn't mind it so much, dummy, if it didn't show up so often. Mindless repetition is lazy.
