A lot of illicit operations in other countries are done with USD.

But Hank has no reason to suspect Walt of being involved in that.  All Hank suspects is that Walt cooked some meth for an operation which ended months ago.  Hank I think will have a hard enough time seeing Walt as a meth cook, much less a kingpin.

That would have made this episode A+ for sure. Love it.

Walt would have no reason to do that.  If Jesse is going to flip on Walt for a plea bargain, Walt having evidence of Jesse's involvement would be meaningless, and Walt is also on the tape admitting to it, so it would just incriminate him as well.

I think Hank still has uncertainty.  All he has is circumstantial suspicion, but still a feeling of something.  He's a practiced investigator.  The first thing he's going to do is try and verify something.  He has no actual good evidence of anything.  Problem is, there is no evidence anymore, Walt's out.  So Hank may

Yes, that would be thrilling television.

Hahahah, me either.  I was grasing at straws.  I thought "Flynn's on meth and pushes Holly into the pool!"

Yeah I think any obvious trope is out.  No gun battles, no suicide, no familial murder. Walt has never killed anyone for pride or revenge, only when he felt it had to be done.  Whatever that gun is for, it was bought only with pragmatism in mind.

The guys in prison were probably lifers anyway.  They can't get more time in jail and the money they made doing this job will probably go to their families.  Plus, no one talks in prison.  I don't know how real this is, but its how it seems to work in TV and I accept it.

I think maybe because his cancer came back and because he's tired.  He's fueled by conflict.  He's beat the game, the rest is just vanity grinding.  It's like Diablo III.

I think he won't do anything, he doesn't want to destroy his family for the sake of pride. That's what Walt would do.
