I don't really get the comparison to the Tim Meadows show on SNL. He played a vacuous idiot doing a show at 4 in the morning. The host of the 30 Rock show seemed bright and engaged, making Liz's discomfort all the more pronounced.

I think that Paula Malcomson's character had that girl with Jax's dad, JT. We will find out they are half-siblings. I think that exchange between them on the phone was supposed to point everybody in that direction. They have a similar temperament.

I thought it was funny that guy turned out the way he did cuz when he first turned up at that house with Raylan's dad, he talked to Raylan's dad like he was in on it, almost like, Well, now what?

Situation Normal …
I think I would have liked Snafu more if the actor who played him did it in such a way as to make me believe that he was delivering his lines sincerely and was actually speaking to the people around him. I think it's called acting. (Some call it "the craft.")
