I was genetically predisposed to buy this album. Metallica was too much of an important part of my musical development growing up that I can't not check out anything new from them, despite diminishing returns since the 90s.

Refactory Obdurate gets constant rotation from me. I love Wovenhand.

That George Wallace thing amazing.

I liked the Marilyn Mason/Sneaker Pimps song. Long Hard Road Out of Hell, I think? For Whom the Bell Tolls was absolute trash.

And Dumb and Dumber.

At the RNC on Monday, Trump showed us when America was last great.

Diamond Eyes and Koi No Yokan still get lots of listens from me. I'm unapologetically looking forward to Gore's release next week.

This is my opportunity to finally eat 4 pounds of Lauren Lapkus's hair.

I went to see Oh Hello at the Wilbur this past Friday night. It's a good venue for this type of thing, I think.

Is Seeso the Tidal of television?

Do they kill baby Hitler?

"We love the new Univision acquisition, and here's why you should, too."
