I honestly think Breaking Bad peaked last season. Walter laughing maniacally to himself as the camera slowly pulled away and Esposito's death were untoppable.  Even Walter getting gunned down by a squad of Feds or getting his ass kicked by his angry brother-in-law would seem mild in comparison.
