In the show, yes, they've shown that the clones have close-enough fingerprints. Sarah's criminal record showed up because of a match between her prints and those taken from the dead German clone.
Good points. I'm having trouble remembering much of the character interactions between Alison and her husband from the early episodes. He definitely could have been shown as more of a condescending jerk and I've just forgotten about it.
Yes, "Family Day" is such a bullshit, meaningless holiday. I'm not adverse to having an extra, new holiday, but at least give it a meaningful historical name or have it on the anniversary of something meaningful.
