So incredibly hyped for this album. Saw Doomtree several times this past Spring and the new P.O.S tracks they played were excellent. "I Just Wanna' Get Down" is one of the most danceable tracks that will come out this year. October can't get here fast enough.

I'm with you, that was definitely the most boring song on there: too much Neptunes control on that one.

It doesn't matter who got pissed: your husband is awesome and that's really funny.

    Nice.

Milton Waddams Abed's line was "Maybe I should have let Jeff roll the die" indicating that they're in the timeline in which Jeff had to get the pizza (after Abed stopped him from rolling and called him on his bullshit). I had the same thought as you until I re-watched it.

@Idiot Control Now: I know the reviews weren't good. I just checked Rotten Tomatoes to make sure that my mind was working: it's only got a 50%; not as bad as I remember but definitely not great reviews

I'm happy to see the Any Given Sunday love. That thing got brutalized by most everyone when it came out: I don't remember much of anyone having a kind word to say about it.

Kudos to you sir. If you are in my area in the future, I may or may not present you with a cookie.

I haven't seen many mentions of it, but my favorite commercial of the night by far was this piece of absurdity for cars.com:

Tim Minchin's "White Wine in the Sun" is hands down my favorite Christmas song. It's the perfect Christmas song: it captures the sentimentality of the holiday and family bonding that makes the day truly special without bringing that whole "God/Jesus" thing into the equation.

Thanks Genevieve. More people need to be exposed to quality artists like Dessa and the DTR crew. It can bring people together. Castor, The Twin is one of the few "rap" albums that I've been able to listen to with my parents and watch them take to immediately.

    Hell yeah!

Is the movie like 10-hours long and then when the monsters have finally destroyed all of the U.S. all they get is a "Congratulations"?

I think the best description of "Babe 2: Pig in the City" that I ever read was that it was like a David Lynch film for kids. I couldn't agree more and that's a big part of the reason that I love that movie.

They're whole origin (in real life) is that they were a bunch of fine arts geeks that thought death metal was absurd… so they upped the ante. The surprise is that all of us kids thought it was brilliant/hilarious and the joke actually turned into a career.

My first R-Rated movie wasn't in the theater but in the VCR at home courtesy my dad. Dad was a big Eddie Murphy fan back in the day and he and my mom saw Beverly Hills Cop in the theater. Aside from the gunfight at the end, it was low violence so he figured it was something we could watch and laugh about together… I

That's pretty surprising. I saw them in Denver on that last tour and it was a great show. High energy performance, great fan interaction…
