I've never even heard of Sym-Bionic Titan, but you had me at "Brian Posehn as the robot".

No love for Andrei Rublev?
Gendy Tartakovsky
Dexter's Lab and Samurai Jack we're great shows. I'll watch this.
CotC is very good, but Breakfast in America is easily one of the 10 best albums of the 1970's. Maybe one of the 10 best pop albums ever. It's nearly perfect, start to finish.
@Sheltie: It's a very lovingly composed collection of ass-shots. You'll be pleased to know there is also a "Big Book of Breasts".
Great review, Zach, but I have to disagree with your comparison with Suspiria. I think Deep Red is the scarier of the two films because it's grounded in some semblance of reality. Its shocks are more impactful precisely because the film isn't rooted in the supernatural — it's dark and twisted but still utterly…
Look, I'm high as fuck all the time too. I'm high as fuck right now. But even I know that butterscotch and anchovies just don't mix.
Pepperoni and Pickles
Fucking delicious. I actually order this from a local pizza joint, and it's just amazing.
Petoskey is a white-collar resort town. I'm pretty sure there's a sign at the city limits that reads "No Lumberjacks Allowed."
Petoskey, MI
Quaint little town. I've spent many summer days there, strolling along the shores of Lake Michigan, touring the grand homes of Bay View. I'm sure lead-lined gloves and pepper spray come in very handy when hunting down delinquent library books and rescuing cats from trees.
Fuck You, Phil Collins
Easy Lover is awesome. Own it.
A Guy I Know
used to strip with "the six abs" at a gentlemen's club in NY. Selling his Guido schtick on a hokey MTV show sounds positively classy by comparison. At least he's degrading himself in front of a much larger audience now.
Pagliaccio's Pissed
This is no laughing matter
The Thing is one of the best horror movies ever made. Kurt Russell is phenomenal, the special effects hold up shockingly well even by today's standards, and it builds claustrophobic tension extremely effectively.
SCOOT!
I know this guy. Kind of a tool.
Nic Cage doesn't need a comeback. Nic Cage is one of the finest actors of his generation, he just tends to go for roles in big, dumb blockbusters because they pay well and he very obviously has more fun with them.
Maybe Toots was overly effusive with his praise, but PKM is really as complete a history of the genre as you could ask for in a single volume. Sure there's tons more material for the punk completist to explore, but PKM is unassailable as an intro to, and overview of, the genre's roots.
@viewdrix: Ok, that wasn't phrased very well, but the point is that, from the moment that vaginal infections get mentioned it's pretty obvious where a thread is heading. If you're not into jokes about vaginal infections, there's no reason to keep reading at that point.
@ Enough, Already: Or you could just read the articles and the comments that interest you and ignore the rest of them. Getting all worked up over some people joking around on the internet isn't going to do you any good, and it sure as hell won't get them to stop.
