That's brilliant.
That's brilliant.
No thank you!
One break, com-ing uuuuuuuuuuuup…
'Metronomic Underground' is a good one to wake up to since it slowly builds, but is persistent enough you can't ignore it.
Can someone explain to me what 'peaceful ethnic cleansing' means? I read the linked article and that didn't really delve into an actual meaning for the phrase.
I think you can be a conservative and still think Trump sucks.
Doesn't everyone have a Jonathan Richman shrine in their home?
Though I agree The Conversation is the better film, I just want to throw some accolades towards Thieves Like Us. One of my favorite Altman movies. Carradine and Duvall are a cute pair.
Same for me. After the reveal, Harry (and the viewer) hear the words as they were actually meant.
Do you mean Frantic?
Cheese stew? What was I thinking?!
The Eisen show I get because he's kind of a jock, but how in the world does he go from doing Mercedes ads to bad H&R Block commercials?
I would say Sarah Vowell, but I think she was a thing before Lena Dunham was a thing. She's also pretty cool.
Especially since Nebraska is thick with characters and imagery and not just woe-is-me, my-life-is-sad stand-ins for the singer. Songs like 'State Trooper', 'Highway Patrolman', and 'Open All Night' even have an ironic hopefulness to them.
There was a hot dog cart in town where I went to college that did the same thing, only it was deep fried after it got wrapped in bacon. I only ate one once. Unfortunately, the whole thing tasted like the grease it was fried in, which I'm sure rarely - if ever - changed.
Not really a strange thing, but my wife uses cream cheese when she makes nachos and they are awesome. Like, could-eat-every-day awesome.
The questions are better, less silly. It could also be that Larroquette was just a really good interviewee.
That was a great answer to that question. I read it and said 'Bastard, that's so good, that should've been mine' like Jack Black in High Fidelity.
This reads like what I imagine Jack Handey's everyday life is like. Fun Fact: Possums don't carry rabies. Or at least it's very rare for them to. Okay, not that fun of a fact.
Agree. Fantastic interview. More of this please!
