I'd love to hear the audio for this. I already hear his voice in my head as I read it, but there's a way that Mel tells stories that is magic.

If this isn't trolling, I'm not sure what is.

I hope the real Moby shows up next year.

I think it'd have benefited from an older star than Kitsch. I mean he wasn't as terrible as I heard, but couldn't help thinking that it needed someone with a little more weight behind their years. I enjoyed the film though. Sad that there most likely won't be another.

Also had some guy named Schwarzenegger in it.

I thought it was solid enough to commit to two viewings last week (tried to shoehorn 'em into one night, but alas).

When I first realized that Giancarlo also played Jack Baer in The Usual Suspects, my brain nearly fell out of my head. Really made me appreciate his skill set. Great actor. I was just looking at his filmography, and there's a lot that I haven't seen or heard of. Maybe one day…

My first R rated film was a TV-edit of ROBOCOP when I was probably 8 or 9. The henchman being splattered all over the car made an indelible impression.

A+
About halfway through watching the episode just now, I realized that it was one of the finest episodes of TV that I have ever seen. Like just pitch perfect. It makes me sad to know that there isn't more beautiful melancholy like this on the air.

holy moses
A+ indeed. Definitely my favourite episode of this young season. I like that the Funkman just waits in the foyer, judging.

so you're saying i could own this?
expendable cash, you've never looked so easy to part with…except, does that make me some sort of hipster for wanting a replica (since the original is a little pricey)? or does it make me some sort of self-aware hipster movie fan? should i just dress as richie tenenbaum and the dude

True enough. I'd forgotten that.

Annie Get Your Gun!
I mean seriously, I just searched the comments, and nobody bothered to make this obvious joke?
Pfffftt.
Good episode. Brie power!

Tangled-Black Swan
I totally ordered those two in order to do that double feature. Probably two of the most enjoyable films of last year. There's a lot of great stuff this week. Too bad I'm not rich. :-/

dangerous joker boys
I won a poster from spawn.com quite a few years ago that was for the film The Dangerous Boys of Altar Boys. Whoop-dee-do right? Wrong! It's signed by all the stars (including Jodie Foster), the director and Todd McFarlane (who I think did animation in it?). Needless to say, it's tucked away

I can't wait for the PBS documentary "TAKEN" as hosted by Shalit. It should be riveting.

I don't know how one can write a review of this episode without mentioning Seymour. He was great in this episode!!!
