Of course it's my opinion.  What an odd thing to say.

I'm hoping the Thompson kid, who had wanted into the family business, realizes he's doesn't - and maybe even comes clean about what he did.  Henry collapsing and saying "Won't someone please let me in the john" was heartbreaking, I think, despite his being a douche.  Hopefully the Thompson kid realizes he doesn't

I loved this finale.  I won't miss these overblown, melodramatic reviews.

One thing these AV Club people have in common is the desire to sound smarter than they are - re: ersatz.  I know what the word means, but come on, simplicity!

I used to wear glasses before I had Lasik.  Since Bemis wears his all the time, they're for distance as mine were.  I couldn't see two feet in front of me without them, but I could still read a book.  He would have been fine.  (He could probably have somewhere found replacements, too, if needed.)  Still a pretty good

I mostly liked this but at the very end when she shoots him, along with Holder saying "This is what he wants," seemed a bit too obvious a ripoff of Seven.

Along with…absolutely everyone who watched it.

Fairy pussy is the best pussy.

And sometimes it lands right on your face.

I doubt he'd need fairy powers for that.

It's probably been pointed out many times, but she did have contacts and had just taken them out (why did the Governor tell him the secret?  It was obvious what woudl happen next).  What I wonder is, if it's just something they're coated with, couldn't they have done that to the windows?

Maybe that's why I liked it.  Give 'em an inch and they'll take a foot.

That's surprising because this was I think the first episode of this season I wanted to watch all the way through.  It wasn't perfect (I agree with AV's grade) but it was pretty good.

Was Megatron's silhouette the movie Megatron?

even though that’s how Bart has always acted

You just gave examples of how Ned's character has been ruined over the years - how is it adding depth to make him into a caricature?  Was saw more in him in that mini golf episode and the one about the Leftorium.  You know, back when he was a believable, somewhat realistic character.

Lame.

I'm very disappointed in what they've done with Ned in the past several seasons.  Not only has he degenerated from a believably religious guy in the earlier seasons to some caricature but now has gone against some of his most cherished beliefs (premarital sex with that movie star) to a marriage to the town bicycle

Blech!
Not once while watching this episode did I laugh (not even a pity laugh). It was just terrible. I hate to have to say that, as I used to be a hardcore fan. Now I rarely watch it. I tuned in this time to see if, against the odds, it had gotten better. It hasn't. Sacha Baron Cohen was just irritating. He
