I love Tom Goes to the Mayor. If it was full animated the people who DID find it funny (of which there were a good amount) would not have as much. I hardly think anyone thought it was the future or that Tim and Eric wanted to impress any animators.

Not sure what's with all the hatred for the more limited shows on Adult Swim, or (how the new 52 factors into it). Those exist in their own world and this exists in its own world. Don't know if they're at war. Looking forward to both!
Goddamit Beneke! You bring nothing but awful!
Maybe the pay cable channels, mighty and all powerful, unfettered by the cruel demon of the advertisement, could step up to the plate.
This is one of my first comments on the site, and I wants to write something positive! The bit where he
compares someone's children to serial killers is a "I chuckle at random
moments of the day all this time later" joke. Can't go about life without giggling, I can't!
All things considered, they compared him to George Carlin, Seinfeld and Bill Cosby in their peak in one sentence. The B+ is probably just for that single hour of comedy. As a comic, man oh man. That is the most positive thing you can say to a fellow!
