Has Best Show Gems been removed from the list of Podcasts eligible for review? If so, why? It's easily better than half the stuff covered weekly. Also are you now officially excluding the Best Show fill in shows?

Hey AV Club - how come you missed off Best Show Gems from both of this weeks lists?

He decreed that this weeks edition of The Best Show was not eligible for review and that if it was reviewed by the AV Club Podmass, that he would file suit against them for $80 million. (Part of his schtick of course, but it was funny.) I assume this is why it is not only The Best, but top of the list.
