Yet somehow, they've managed to stay on the air for 38 years doing things their way. How long has your show been on the air? A long time I bet since you know so much more about running a show than they do.

But that's not the job. Where on the description for those roles on SNL did it say must play "Oprah, Michelle Obama, etc"?
38 years on the air and the number of people it has sent on to stardom makes it a pretty definite comedy juggernaut.
They audition black actresses all the time. They haven't found one that's better than the women they chose to hire. Hiring the best people is what's best for any show. Not just blatant tokenism.
Seven Minutes In Heaven is a very popular web series. Good Neighbor and Serious Lunch are pretty huge on the web. You obviously are not that big of a comedy nerd.
They've been on for 38 years and are still going strong. Pretty sure they know more about what they're doing than you do.
MAD TV was garbage. Why would SNL which has been on the air for 38 years pattern themselves after a terrible show that got canceled?
Most of the new cast were very popular internet sketch comics.
How will we live without a Sleepy Hollow parody????????? How????????
But how many of the shows were written by openly racist writers?
There isn't.
Go to the performer sections of the websites for Second City, The Groundlings, and both UCB theaters. Look for the black ladies. Most of them auditoned. As did pretty much any asian and hispanic actress. They've been auditioning people for most of the year in Chicago, NY, and LA.
How many black women work at the AV Club?
Hey diversity dipshits,
What kind of sicko chooses to illustrate Herbie Rides Again over Harold and Maude?
And Q is Quadraphenia
F is Fiddler On The Roof.
V is for Valdez Is Coming
