Counterpoint: Trainspotting

That's "The Dead Zone".

If you get the 21st reel (aka the rather well hidden post-game easter egg), you may not consider the super-soldier stuff to be "the main plot".

It doesn't really help Sansa Stark's popularity that, when we first meet her, she is LITERALLY a spoiled Veruca Salt-type brat who wants to be a pretty princess, and her "ambitions" during the Butcher's Boy incident end up costing her father's head and ruining her family's life. During the show, I think the audience

I must be the third - I had enough of Marvel Corporate morons ruining good stories back in the early 90s - and from what I understand it's a tradition that goes back even farther.

Having met Tom Hanks personally, I can co-oborate the "he's a really really nice guy" consensus. He came to a fancy restaurant in West Dundee I worked at during the shooting of Road to Perdition. I was shy and didn't make much contact with him, but a co-worker did, and mentioned he had happy memories of growing up

The Burdens of Being Upright was really good - a lot of the songs on it have the same quirky sense of humor that "mother mother" does. And Poe is AMAZING!

Wow, that was pretty great - though not in the way I thought it would be…

On paper, everything about juggalos is awesome. But those of us who have actually met them…

I'm partial to the whole saga of the magical lamp acquisition - gypsies sell that for food stamps?

K, is it just me, but does the "Deb" character say "fuckin'" waaay too much. Like, "I'm fuckin goin to the fuckin store for a fuckin carton of eggs." Always in a flat monotone, sounding just like a bored actor reading lines written by a 9 yr old who learned the f'word that morning.

I don't know. I meet 40 liars every day, and I'm not even famous.. People act weird when billionaire celebrities are involved.

That's not HDB, that's George Carlin.

I Married A Strange Person still the best. This one is pretty great too.

I'm sick of following Mitch Hedberg, man. I'm just going to find out where Mitch Hedberg is going and meet up with him later.

"Here, in case you missed it, is your theme."

Okay, I'll start the fight. I have a decent job, so I just bought both, enjoyed both, and have no real need to compare the two.

I still love John Henry so much - I think that album represents why TMBG holds up so well. Their previous albums are fun and quirky and clever - but that kind of stuff has a short shelf life.

Okay, are we going to talk about the "o" at the end of every episode title? I noticed it during five-oh, and keep waiting for someone, somewhere to speculate on it.
