Well, I'll be looking to you guys for updates, as my roommate has been camped on the couch watching TV since 10 AM and won't move.

When I realized this was another focused episode (like the Brunch episode), I was not that happy-but I'll admit it really picked up as it went along. Dave and Kath especially were fantastic.
Buscemi as "Jan Foster" was one of the funniest things I've ever seen on this show. The return of Devin Banks was the cherry on top of a great episode overall, A- for me as well.
@avclub-77fce3244134ee46c1d07c6c4efa503e:disqus You definitely have a point, and the article did in fact speak mostly about Millenials/this generation. The arcade era was definitely different, and now that they're all but gone, most kids are playing video games at home now.

I wonder if Wayans read the reviews, and is now locked in his room crying?
"WE TAKE OURSELVES VERY SERIOUSLY. Now here's our entertainment reporter on who T-Swift was most recently seen with!"
Everyone loves to pass the blame, rather than take the responsibility. To say that Django shooting up a plantation full of racist pigs inspired someone to shoot up an elementary school full of children is absolutely absurd, but people look for the answer so they take it as a reliable answer to why it happened.
@avclub-4caf6aa0375b2499ebfe7e971b36eee3:disqus Sounds like you have a job to do, friend…
@avclub-734ffb84cfa214922893511fae356b45:disqus Right on, that sounds like a cool, unique joint! Character can certainly make up for poor conditions often.
Although I did see you along with Django in the "who wore it better" feature…
That's fair on Tarantino's part then-I would think interview etiquette is, if you ask someone a question and they don't want to answer it, you don't continue to ask it.
That is too cool…and I can absolutely see it. I wonder if it's "The Red Door" from "Handsprings"?
A chance to discuss Golden Globes with some fellow nerds/geeks? Oh hell yes!
All great points.
It's a media issue-they can make a story out of it. Sad but true.
It does seem odd watching 35MM in a flash video on a computer screen. Love that they did it, but it's kinda like "Uh…does it really show?"
"So you've been a sidekick and showpiece too?"
While Tarantino maybe didn't handle it in the most professional manner (I'm basing this off the summary here, as I can't watch the video yet), I do feel for the guy being constantly badgered about the violence in his movies, and the difference between movie violence and "real life" violence.
Man, I keep meaning to watch this, it looks awesome. The fact that Jack and Conan are such good friends is so strangely awesome to me-imagine getting a beer with both these guys.
