I just listened to Dawes on Spotify yesterday.

I think bringing the Wondermints along was probably Brian's condition for going on this tour, as he'd rather be backed by them than whoever's been backing Mike.  It gives him a little more control over the situation if all the supporting players are the ones he's been working with.

Someone needs to confess to this, so we may honor him or her properly.

In the late 60s, Brian Wilson seriously proposed to the group that they change their name to "The Beach."  That clearly didn't go anywhere.

Whatever happened to ZODIAC MOTHERFUCKER?  I remember seeing him post back when I first registered, but he seems to have since descended into the mists of legend.

I've always liked the AV Club's memes.  It would be silly to claim our memes are "better" than any other site's but they do give us that nice community feeling.  And given that Community itself is something of a meme here, it's only natural.

I'm missing something.  Did the AV Club not like Uncharted 3?  Because I only played Uncharted 2, but I thought that was pretty awesome, and I never heard anything bad about 3.

Oddly, it seems like that smooth Laurel Canyon sound is partly what drove out Phel and Prison Wine.  There just wasn't room for Dawes in their marriage, I guess.

I certainly wouldn't blame the politicians from the North for antagonizing the people of the South.  Antagonizing them with pro-equality legislation was morally the right thing to do.  It's only a shame they couldn't impose those policies any longer than they did.
