Took me a while to figure it out, but I think Tim Robbins' character's name is Ian Raymond, Raymond being his last name. In the What Fucking Ian Guy scene, Cusack notes that the mail in the building lobby is addressed to an "I. Raymond".

What actually works is Bone Thugs' E 1999 Eternal syncing up with Nightmare before Christmas. You have to start the album right as Jack (that's his name right?) opens the door in the Christmas tree. Something like that. I've never been too familiar with the album or the movie.
