Actually, Greedo's next stop after this was going to be the Skittle-based economy of Drovulus XI.

I've always thought that cover of "Mad World" gets old fast. It just overplays the tone of the song, y'know?

But there's absolutely nothing about the Kingpin that indicates he needs to be white. I mean, recasting Magneto with an actor who wouldn't have made sense living through the Holocaust would have done damage to the character, but the Kingpin is a man who worked his way up through organized crime through charisma,

Honestly, I quite liked the flipping-crazy-Yoda-battle. Unlike many elements of the prequels, it didn't contradict old-wise Yoda for me, nor did it seem out of place in the tone of the series.

Now I'm imagining a horror movie where "Blade Runner" is a fairytale villain that appears when you watch all three cuts of the movie in a row.

To be fair, the book and the movie are basically entirely separate stories.

While Lucas's attitude is annoying and the special editions suck, I've never had that affect my enjoyment of the originals. They're solid, in and of themselves.

I've always been surprised that people think "growing out of" liking something is The Adult Thing To Do. Sure, tastes change as you grow up, but if something's good space opera adventure, it's good space opera adventure. Hell, I still think Sesame Street (pre-Henson death) is a tighter, smarter comedy than 99% of TV

@avclub-560eb60373b30a42bb1d813a47ebae5b:disqus No joke, I've read short story anthologies themed around both "background aliens from the Mos Eisley Cantina" and "background aliens from Jabba's palace". Ah, those were the days.

@avclub-86a9ac7667ec45a86614223897b4f765:disqus Oh fuck yeah Cel-Ray! I love it and everyone thinks I'm insane. (Which I am, but not because of that.)
