Your idea of "more than ready" differs from mine greatly.
Both shows get grades far higher than they should (Smackdown even more so), this was a C+ show only because of Styles and Ambrose. Otherwise it would have been a D since barely any action happened of consequence or quality.
Well, he did have to stare at all that businesswoman cleavage she was showing. He was just projecting.
Another show where I don't remember anything that happened because nothing really did- aside from Joe's debut; which I don't know if that is a positive or not considering the angle he's been inserted into.

Regarding #3, it seems to be some new directive with the camerawork to make things look more "physical" by waving the camera everywhere during upclose brawling and whatnot in the past few weeks.
I think the pan outs, etc, on this were to try and show how large the crowd was for the most part.
