I like that they've set-up Andrea now to be doing god-knows-what
whenever Kimmy needs advice and uses the internet to find her.

I felt the same way , we got a nice amount of Xan this season but I could have used more and such a crucial element to their relationship should have been explored further I think.

She did some terrific drunk acting I thought , very naturalistic and believable.

That must be the second or third callback to that damn potato!
Poor Kimmy knows she shouldn't have shared that detail.

I was surprised that Titus would endure his new beau's tone deafness ,
this would be a bigger obstacle than a baby named Linda.
Really liking Xan this season , Dylan Gelula is doing some great work
but I felt a little cheated that we never got to see
Xan finding out about Kimmy's past. That could have been a whole ep.

and we even got to hear a little bit of Pink Floyd this ep - love this show!

I loved the "Fly a kite" scene too , quite charming. Poor Ms Blunt has unfillable boots to fill. Julie Andrews was luminous perfection in this movie , can you picture any actress giving more than this? https://youtu.be/tRFHXMQP-QU

Still have the dog eared paperbacks from the 80s - life changing stuff. The TV series is shaky but it does show us onscreen the definitive Arthur Dent. The character was created for Simon Jones IIRC.

Wow , what a finish - awesome! Disney sure knocked out a bunch of catchy songs in that era.

talking about credits , how great is it that you can skip the intro song? No matter how great an intro is , I always get sick of them. I lasted the longest with the Sopranos.

Thanks , I need to re-read those!

Wasn't there a Foop somewhere in Douglas Adams hitchhiker books?

But at least it'll generate a ton of toxic internet shit about her appearance.

Like that awful frump Kara Danvers on the Supergirl show. Not counting her flawless features and model physique she's clearly an ugly nerd with stupid glasses.

I haven't seen the latter but she was amazing in True Grit , totally holding her own against some serious scenery chewers.

I love the pacing of that movie. There's a hilarious scene where **slight spoiler** a person is being searched for by our hero. Mid-action scene a human skull flies through the air and lands by our hero . Dog tags are attached to the skull , they land face up and angled towards our hero, helpfully displaying the ID

That only happened once for me , with Pulp Fiction. When it ended I was so disappointed , I could've sat there for another hour in that world easily. I don't believe I've felt that way since about any movie over 2 hours long.

Oh no! That awkward mattress showroom experience must be looming again.

In England the phrase "Health and Safety" is treated the same way. Things were so much better with child chimney sweeps and mad hatters!
