I don't know; he seemed a little stiff in that one.

John C. Calhoun and (had to look this one up) George Clinton

No, we know several obvious choices that he's not.  Not an Stark or an Umber or a Karstark.  If he works for a major Northern house, the Boltons are about the only choices left.

She told him to start.  I can't recall the exact words but she said something that sounded like part of the previous discussion but then after he hit her, you realized what she really meant.

He wasn't a cop.  Phillip called him a security guard.  Probably why he couldn't search the van himself.

Actually, I found the smear campaign against Kerns very reminiscent of the Hagel nomination.  I wasn't bothered by the education reform storyline.  The new President was supposed to be a "New" Democat and that plan was very left-wing. Makes the Prez look like a fool or hypocrite.

I think they "experimented" with each other back in school.  His friend isn't gay or bisexual and just liked to make Francis happy and wasn't ashamed by it.

And what if the dogs are rabid?  Running wasn't so stupid.  Now throwing your only torch at them and standing by until they attack?  That was stupid.

It seems to me that the Hound starting that fight is out of character for him.  Perhaps he was ordered to kill Bronn by the same person (Joffrey or Cersei) who ordered Mandan Moore to murder Tyrion?

Good thought.  I had wondered if Joan would help Lane conceal his embezzlement but now that she's a partner, he is stealing from her!

They're gone, too.

They're gone, too.

I believe it was the reverse.

Esther Blodgett - Judy Garland's character in A Star is Born

And Annie's Boobs quite often.  And not the monkey.

This kind of brings it back in line with the books.  When Winona left Raylan (for the realtor), she took his two sons with him and he rarely saw them.

I agree about Dave and Penny.  The show hasn't convinced me they should be a couple but does everything have to be foreshadowed from the pilot?  If the writers want to go and there, I think there's the possibility that they might make it believable.  (Should they?  I dunno, Penny is a lot funnier character than Dave.)
