As was the Area 51 scene.

That can never be the case so long as Time & the Rani exists.

And the Dispshit Anti-Defamation League isn't too pleased either.

Kind of the opposite of the problem I've run in when some people assume because AV is part of The Onion it's a parody site too.

Is that anything like The Satanic Bible? Because I never thought of bikers as being Randians with devil-masks.

EVIL LINCOLN IS NOT BACK!!! (runs for door)

I wish that would get off the ground, the script for my neo-con furry cash-in Mallard F**ks More is just gathering dust.

Their first foe - Nintendo's legal team.

Yeah, they can tend to get so married to canon they can't see the forest for the trees.

Black don't crack.

Even though I liked it up to Miracle Day (yes, even Series 1 including Cyberwoman), I whole-heartedly agreed about Jack. I understand they were trying to show how he had to be the responsible one in Torchwood by how happily he snaps back into his old self when he can leave that to the Doctor in their reunions, but

Same boat for me. Similarly there was an electronic song I recently heard that I liked, but couldn't help but cringe at the line "I weep just like a willow tree". It's like a line out a fifteen year old goth kid's poetry (he said with the satisfaction of knowing his own attempts at poetry at that age are long lost)

You haven't been looking hard enough, then.

Worst thing to happen to hot tubs since Hot Tub Time Machine 2.

Bill Murray signs on for (Senor) Spielberg(o)'s Metroid.

That is definitely one rainbow I do not want to taste or chase.

The Predator

Both good suggestions. On the community radio shows I co-host I've just recently played Dave Gahan's live cover of Love, and there's also a Cure cover. Clan of Xymox did a good, slowed down version of Heroes.

Generally agreed, but I think it could have continued as a series if the original mytharch had been closed or moved to movies with the series continuing on with the new characters. Reyes came across as a non-entity to me but that could have been fixed if her and Doggett were the focus of the show.

I gave up halfway through season 6, but checked in occasionally, and I did like the Doggett-focused episodes, particularly because it looked like Carter was using some ideas he wasn't able to (continue/finish) on Millennium re Doggett's son's killer being a demon or some such.
