This was wonderful. I have been wishing for a single-camera sitcom starring Pamela Adlon for almost two decades and now and finally, here it is.

wow, coolcoolcool; if you can find that video archived someplace i would very much like to see it

fantastic episode. when fighting very strictly only for peace, it's quite apropos to use something joyful such as a toy for a weapon. i imagine ideas to use yo-yos or kazoos or bottle rockets came up pretty early in development. wonderful!

The degree of moral complexity woven in just four half-hours so far is nothing short of extraordinary. I have been very surprised at the reviews and community ratings, expecting acclaim. What you say here about the need for evaluation of character likability clears up my confusion; thank you.

nothing to add, just aware that comment counts have something to do with whether or not a show's being reviewed counts as important. look, discus-or-whatever feed activity! yay.

The undersea episode was fantastic! It wasn't only experimental, it was necessary. The same plot points and character development couldn't have taken place with such efficacy under different circumstances/restrictions. Somehow, the flow of the season isn't broken at all by this little animation-driven escapade.

The Velvet Lurker from the Byle episode of Your Pretty Face is Going To Hell.

Peridot has become my favorite gem irrespective of how cloddily I fought against her doing so.

counting the seconds

wonderful episode & review!

there are a lot of variables up in the air. finn's relationship with his sword & his solidifying identity as (remember flute spell) being alone by necessity of profession. simon's crown & magicman-betty / normal man + the introduction of the new elementals to canonical history. remember, "crossover" didn't involve

wonderful episode! i love to see jake interacting with his beautiful puppies. raindogicorns?

i don't have anything to add at the moment but am commenting so these beautiful reviews keep coming. thanks!

i think adventure time viewers are probably some of the nicest people you'll find interested in criticism. this makes for fewer but more insightful comments. ending sava's brilliant run is an event i will remember as a quintessential expression of the death of the internet for years to come. thanks you oliver.

i read in this comment that the concept "past" is bringing suit against hurwitz

Lorde strongly disagreed.

At least two of the commercials make fun of mental illness (in a way where the average viewer shouldn't be laughing, e.g. embedded in the video is the comment "Rate 5 Stars if you think she is on crack!") … I remember these commercials contributing in major part to my opting out of all media containing any

I feel like deep down we all know that any store with low low prices has to be doing something evil, regardless of which franchise in particular. By the by, this compilation of all Bamford's commercials enhanced my enjoyment of the show (the 2nd time I watched it, I'm on round 3 now!):

The Simpsons and A.V. Club reviews thereof go so hand-in-hand for me that the former would feel miles more hollow without the latter; I look forward to sharing season 28 with all of you.

this series makes me so happy
