I do get what you're saying over the repetitive aspects of Rescue Me, but they still worked really well for me. I guess because I've realized as life goes on that bad habits that I thought I'd kicked have come back to trouble me after years anyways. I've actually gained more appreciation for Rescue Me's dramatic

Yeah I know what you mean. It's pretty light and fun and all that

Sirens is great fun, I've been enjoying it a lot. I'd enjoy coverage of it (though I don't know if others are watching), even if the extent of the show is pretty much guys joking around and running into ridiculous emt situations (the junkie couple stealing the phone last week had me busting up)

I thought Aunt Leigh was a weak link at first, but damn has she grown on me over the season. she got the biggest laugh for me from this one, not for the physical comedy, but for the delivery of "Do you know how many onesies you have to sell to get high? I don't. because I was High!"

no love for Grimm?

wow that was pretty horrible. reminds me of the videos of Big Bang Theory with the laugh track removed, where I had no idea where the jokes were supposed to be, because without the laughter, it just seemed like people talking about extremely boring things without being remotely funny

hahaha, I have no idea why, but his lines about Panel never cease to make me bust up. maybe just the bizarre factor it has going, but it always gets me

this show is utterly absurd the majority of the time, but I can't help but love it. something about the glorious bro-ness of the main characters just tickles my fancy. also the Warming Glow recaps of each episode never fail to make me bust up

haha, yeah, every time they call Hi-Five Ghost "Fives" it makes me chuckle. and the half-second cut to Fives with a bazooka guarding the trailer made me burst out laughing, had to rewind and watch it a couple more times

yeah, I think this episode was pretty fantastic all over, solid A for me. Manny wasn't around much, and no Lily at all (although I actually like her in small doses), and Luke was a little underused, but everyone else had great stuff to work with, all the subplots were fun and made good use of their respective actors,

yeah, my biggest problem was just how pointless the premise seemed, especially at this point in the story. and barring a couple things, they didn't really do much funny with it

haha, I think the biggest laugh for me was in the first episode when Jane takes down Max and Alex; the John Mac-n-Cheese comment was good, but the best was Jane telling Alex she'd already asked three people if they have any grey poupon, and Alex just nods and says "Sure" like it's the most normal thing ever. I'm

oh god the song's gonna be stuck in my head for the whole day now!

haha, I don't think I realized that all that craziness really happened just now while watching the episode, I was too caught up in it, but now you've pointed it out I can't stop laughing

well she's not good at much of anything right now, but Ollie could train her

wow, that would be fantastic actually…good call. I hope they're willing to go there

I liked this episode a lot. I think it's good to see how much trouble Ollie has with straight-up killing nowadays, compared to the early episodes as he was fresh off the island, so I think it meant a lot that he was really willing to kill Helena. Even (modern day) Batman often struggles with the idea of killing one

I laughed uncontrollably at the random sports announcer with "THAT WAS A 90s SLAM!"

oh yeah, Julie White is definitely the standout on the show

I still enjoy Go On. it's not a great show, and particularly the inability to carry hardly any storylines between episodes (are Danny and Sonia a thing, or is it just here and there? what happened to the group cat? Why does George disappear and reappear in random episodes with no one noticing or caring? and so on,
