I imagine you must feel the same way about these "gluten-intolerant" people that diabetics who had nearly died from accidentally taking too much insulin felt about people who got kind of tired after lunch saying they were "a little hypoglycemic" back when that was a thing.
This idea would be more like a Harmonless community with Chris McKenna as the showrunner.
