Executive Action, perhaps?

Don't know if anyone's mentioned this, but local TV stations could not show Reagan's movies when he was running for president, due to equal time statutes. They would have had to air two hours of Reagan's rival for the nomination, George H.W. Bush.

No Chicken Chronicles?!? First starring role, L.A. teen viriginity loss flick, Phil Silvers stories to be told…

That wasn't a black guy and a white guy on Don's TV. That was Flip Wilson and Redd Foxx. Redd used to have a line in his act about being light-skinned: "I know I got white in me. Look at these thin lips. Can't even taste barbecue."

Jimmy Luxury is the artist formerly known as Jimmy Spliff. Used to be based in Western Mass in the mid-'90s. I recall a conversation where I was talking about seeing Flipper and the Butthole Surfers in 1984 at Tool & Die in San Francisco. Jimmy replied, "You old school motherfuckers make me sick!"

'Best of Both Worlds' CD, $1.
Jay Z comparing himself and R. Kelly to “Martin and Malcolm,” priceless.

What about "More, More, More" by Andrea True Connection? A song about porn by an actual porn star that went top ten in the disco era. "Get the cameras rolling/Get the action going…"

"Carly Simon’s 'Nobody Does It Better' is the best James Bond theme, and to heck with anyone who says otherwise."
