Maybe it was my wishful thinking but didn't Etta disintegrate a whole bunch of Observers with her anti-matter bomb and dramatic exit, which would have included the one observer that was closer to her, Captain Windmark? There was no indication that Windmark noticed the device on time and teleported himself, right?
