I love that this exists alongside Hazards, and neither album looks the worse for it. They've done a great job with paring down to the basics, and proves that they never lost the magic of the early years.

Loving the Season story arc…
First of all, what a great episode! But one thing I'm loving the most is that Moffat isn't doing the cheap RTD method of creating a season story arc. Unlike Bad Wolf, this whole crack business feels like a real plot and not just an excuse for a big silly finale.

What I'm really hoping is that Moffat can make the Dalek's interesting again. These days I actually don't look forward to Dalek episodes at all, since they're so similar/dull. Maybe giving them personalities is the ticket…

This show has been around for long enough now that it needs to either come up with new material or reinvent itself. This was a return to form that we havent otherwise seen this season, but I still hope the show will find a NEW way to do what it does best.
