I don't know if you're talking series finale, but they were just filming it in the last few days - Lindelof and Cuse are in Hawaii for it. So in the recap of season 5, he wouldn't have know too much they're mostly filmed when the actors come back for shooting to start the season (I think).

I've heard the argument about the dimishment of care quality that will result from this, and I just don't really understand it. The United States is a leader in health care (to the point that people will travel thousands of miles just to see care here) why would this change when more people are allowed to access it?
